Affixure The Compliance Record Registry

The Compliance Record Registry

The tag is the razor. The record is the blade.

Compliance consumables are the physical artifacts that a code, standard, statute, or authority having jurisdiction requires be affixed to equipment, carried by a technician, logged in a record, or displayed on a premises. Affixure supplies them at a published price and hosts the inspection records they generate.

Nobody had named this category. Contractors servicing extinguishers, sprinklers, and backflow devices buy from three vendors, with three artwork files and three reorder cycles. We put all of it behind one imprint, one price list, and one record.

Three things that are different here

The price is on the page

Most suppliers in this category route you to a phone number, a contact form, or an account login before they will show you a number. Every Affixure product shows its price and its full quantity break table before you enter anything.

100 units, not 2,500

Standard packs in this trade run 1,000 to 2,500 units, which quietly excludes the operator running one or two trucks. Small Fleet starts at 100. Same stock, same imprint, same compliance.

Every tag carries an identity

Each tag prints with a unique code bound to one device. Scan it and the right inspection form opens. Submit it and the record is permanent. The building owner and the AHJ can scan the same code and read the history.

Common questions

What are compliance consumables?

Compliance consumables are physical artifacts that a code, standard, statute, or authority having jurisdiction requires be affixed to equipment, carried by a technician, logged in a record, or displayed on a premises. Inspection tags, verification collars, tamper seals, hydrotest labels, and certificate placards are all compliance consumables.

Do I have to request a quote to see a price?

No. Every product on Affixure shows its price and its quantity break table on the page. You can configure an imprint, see a print-accurate proof, and check out without speaking to anyone.

What is the minimum order?

Small Fleet orders start at 100 units. The industry standard minimum runs 1,000 to 2,500 units, which prices out the one-truck and two-truck operator. That operator is who Small Fleet exists for.

What does serialization actually do for me?

Every tag carries a unique code linked to one device. A technician scans it, the inspection form for that device type opens already knowing what it is attached to, and the submission becomes a permanent record. The building owner or the AHJ can scan the same code and see a read-only compliance history.

Does Affixure certify that my equipment is compliant?

No, and no supplier can. Affixure supplies the artifacts and hosts the records. The licensed professional performing the inspection remains responsible for determining and meeting the requirement. Every requirement page cites the governing clause and links to the issuing authority so you can verify it yourself.
